This is an interview experience at redbus' Bangalore office.

I was interviewed by @redbus Bangalore at their office in Leela. And this is the sequence of event -
Date : 7th Dec. 2018
1. Round one :  I cleared.
2. Round two : went really well.
3. HR declares my rejection.
4. I challenge their panel and their engineering manager  interviewes me to find out that the second round was miss evaluated.
5. It hurts their ego because at some point even I cross questioned their credibility.
6. Engineering manager's interview was supposed to be the decider, which ended on a positive note.
7. My loud voice against their miss  evaluation of 2nd round hits them hard and they told that I'll have to face 3 more technicals to which I was ready
8. They were too confused and  they took two more technical round which went good again and the panel was happy.
9. They asked me to leave as it was a little late that evening.
10. Even today I'm waiting to hear back from the HR.

This is not to hold anything against any Interviewer firm but to understand that -
1. Even if it's a human error, you should acknowledge it and be flexible to sort this out a positive manner.
2. If it's a mishandling of the case, be deligent about it and don't, pretentiously, commit a subtle mistake in attempt to play over the candidate's mind.

To fellow aspirants - Learn from it and atleast try to analyse the future with such environment.
Remember, it(any interview) should always be a two-way deal. They need you more than you do. Ask all the questions which come accross your mind to ensure that the interviewing firm is the right fit for you.

To fellow interviewers - Try to understand how it tosses your respect in the industry.
